 As someone who has personally experienced leadership transformation in enterprise organizations for over 20 years, Dr. Shelli Hendricks founded Blue Horizon Solutions with the vision to provide world-class leadership programs for senior leaders and entrepreneurs in organizations of all shapes and sizes.  

As a passionate ocean advocate, she dedicates much of her energy to the scuba and watersports industries, marine conservation initiatives and projects that promote the health benefits of water.
